I’ve been a UX research lead on a whole bunch of different projects across SAP (and previously IBM). It’s my job to make sure that my team is building things that will actually help people (not just stuff that we think is cool).

My specialty is research that directly influences product strategy. Whether it's needs discovery, prioritization, or validating (or invalidating) product ideas, researchers should play a pivotal role in driving product roadmaps.
